The Old Barn is a spacious cottage that sleeps 5, with an ensuite bathroom and additional family shower room. This attractive stone cottage has been lovingly restored into a very appealing holiday home with lots of charm and character. The barn conversion has kept the original beams and a cosy feel with the provision of a wood burner. The Old Barn has a beautiful courtyard, surrounded by roses, looking onto the orchard and pond.

Ground floor – Entrance hall with seating area leading to:
- Bedroom 1 with 4 ft 6 in double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and W.C.
- Bedroom 2 with twin 3 ft beds; can be converted into a double bedroom with a king sized bed.
- Bedroom 3 with single 3 ft bed.
- Shower room with walk in shower, wash basin and W.C.
First floor – Stairs leading to open plan space containing:
- Lounge/dining room with TV/DVD, sofa and armchairs, dining table and wood burner. A basket of logs is supplied.
- Kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Garden – Private fenced patio area to the rear of the cottage, adjacent to the orchard and near the pond, surrounded with climbing roses, with circular picnic bench with parasol, garden chairs and barbeque.
